Opis poti

Idilično vasico Rateče najbrž večina povezuje s Planico in smučarskimi skoki. »šmuklanja« in Planice.

Interesting Facts

The Zelenci Nature Reserve and its surroundings were declared a nature reserve in 1992 by a decree of the Municipality of Jesenice. The Sava Dolinka River springs up nearby. You can walk to the lake and the swampy surroundings on a special wooden footbridge without harming nature. An unforgettable green experience.

The inn is a real "treasure" for all who like to immerse themselves into the local environment. It stands by the trail, which goes from Kranjska Gora to the Zelenci Springs and has a nice terrain for baby strollers, dandy horses and bicycles.

You can enjoy a selection of drinks and beverages in the summer garden and by the covered fireplace. The friendly girls in the kitchen prepare meals that warm your belly and remind you of your grandmother’s cooking. There is a beautiful meadow and a sandpit where the children can play as well as a changing table for babies. Every dog, big or small, is most welcome there.

SPLETNA STRAN

Vita, Olja and Juna Recommend

Sing one of the songs sung by the famous Slovenian children’s movie character Kekec and scream aloud! Make the neighboring village hear you. All Slovenians know the tune's lyrics that are roughly translated like this: “I will go and share laughter and joy among all people...”

If you are not familiar with Kekec, read all about him under the Kekec Land (Kekčeva dežela) family trip.

When you grow up, we hope you will be:

Naughty like Kekec,

bouncy like Brincelj,

wise like Kosobrin,

braver than Rožle,

far-sighted like Mojca and know

that the world is full of Aunt Pehta's healing flowers!

We know a lot of interesting stories...Listen legend about Pegan girl and story about Zlatorog.
